We have made a business decision with regard certain payment methods, therefore we have chosen not to accept certain ones, this is primarily for financial and security reasons.

Part of the reason we are so competitive on price is due to the reduction in overhead gained by minimising bank charges and lost profit due to fraud.

We hope that this makes sense and does not inconvenience our Customers excessively.

In order to avoid confusion, we have prepared a list all of the methods you may be considering.

• Personal Cheques

We do not accept personal cheques under any circumstances.
• Business Cheques

We will accept business cheques presented and cleared in advance of Web Access..
• Bankers Cheques

We will accept a Banker's cheque presented in advance, which has been made out to 'Cost Index Limited'.
• BACS

We are happy to accept electronic payments into our bank account, once the payment is visible on our account, this will take between 3 and 5 days and will therefore need to be paid to us several days prior to Service Activation.

If you would like to pay via BACS, our Sort Code is 00-00-00 and our Account Number is 00000000. Please use your name as a payment reference.
